Starting therapy (or even just looking for a therapist!) can be overwhelming. It’s my job to help you feel supported and heard in this process. I think life is too short to spend it living in survival mode. I want to help you work towards the life changes you are looking to make, while gaining insight into yourself, and enjoying the process as much as possible.
